I don’t ever think that I would have changed my routine if it weren’t for Lean Ladies Coaching and I have Jes to thank for that!

Lean Ladies Coaching has definitely changed my life and helped me! Before Lean Ladies, I was doing an hour of cardio, every single day, seven days a week, In addition to watching what I ate, because that’s what I thought I had to do to lose weight. Jes at Lean Ladies was great! She listened to me and asked a lot of questions about my lifestyle and my goals so she could create customized workouts that would help me reach those goals. She also told me that I was probably being too restrictive with what I ate and was able to give me tips on how to make my meals more nutritious and more rounded.

She was incredibly informative and would explain everything to me. The workouts were easy to follow and I never felt like any of them were too hard. Jes was also readily available to answer any questions that I had. All I had to do was text her. After a few days of following the workout plan, I found myself feeling so much better. I didn’t realize how hard my previous workout routine was on my mind and my body until I stopped. I found myself feeling happier and with more time on my hands to do things that I enjoy. I don’t ever think that I would have changed my routine if it weren’t for Lean Ladies Coaching and I have Jes to thank for that!

Jes from Lean Ladies Coaching is phenomenal to work with.

For my first consultation she sat down with me and learned about me, what I like, what I don’t like, what does my typical day look like. I truly felt that she wanted to gear this program to me and that’s exactly what she did. She sent me my first week of meal plans and sat down and went over everything with me and answered all of my questions. During that first week, if I had questions that popped up she quickly answered them for me. This continued on as we met. Jes checked in with me often to see how things were going and I was honest with her. I liked the variety of foods and how she helped me work through a family function so I could eat what was there and didn’t have to worry about being hungry during the event. Jes was extremely positive and optimistic throughout this process. Still to this day I am losing pounds following her plan. She is knowledgeable and understanding and knows that we are not going to be 100% perfect in our food choices every day but she is there to help and encourage you throughout the process. She truly cares about you and helping you become a better version of yourself. I highly recommended Lean Ladies Coaching to anyone looking for assistance in their healthy eating journey.

Plans were easy to follow and were tailored just for me

I am 59 years old. Since 2004 after thyroid surgery, I have been struggling to lose weight. I have done most of the diets out there only to continue to gain. Up 40lbs from then, I felt doomed to be heavy. Jes designed a plan for me reducing my sugar intake, adding more fiber and lean protein. She helped me eat a more nutritious balanced diet.

Lean Ladies Coaching LLC’s meal plans were easy to follow and were tailored just for me. Before the week was over, I had the week’s meal plan and shopping list. I enjoyed my consultation time with Jes. She was very knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns. She helped me understand why I wasn’t losing weight or when I was on a plateau. This isn’t a diet for me, it is a lifestyle change!

Since I started with Lean Ladies Coaching LLC, I lost a solid 15lbs which I have not been able to do since 2004. I no longer look at food and am afraid of eating something because I would probably gain weight. Lean Ladies Coaching LLC also taught me that it is okay to indulge once in a while, just pick yourself up and continue where you left off. I look at food differently and learned what healthy choices are.
