    What equipment do I need at home?

    You will ideally need just three sets of dumbbells (one light pair, one medium pair and one heavy pair). I would also recommend a yoga or Pilates mat, however it is not necessary.

    How long does each workout take on average?

    A majority of the workouts are 30 minutes or less.

    What if I want to workout before 9 am?

    I would recommend starting your program two days early and use the text message from the previous day as your workout.

    For example, if you would like to start on Monday at 7am, send your text on Sunday.

    I haven't worked out in a while. Is this a good program to start back up?

    Absolutely! This is a beginner’s program that allows you to build the muscular foundation you need to start lifting heavier weights.
